Having some issues logging in?
Before contact us, please try the following steps:
- Double check your password and make sure your CAPS LOCK key isn’t turned on.
- Make sure you are using the correct email that you signed up with. You can make sure it is this by checking the original confirmation sent to you when you signed up.
- Try to login with a different browser. Most people have Edge or Safari built in. If you are currently using that, try Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- Reset your password. You can do that via the Forgot Password link.
