The Townships Sun is approaching its 50th anniversary! Imagine – almost 50 years of supporting the vitality of English-speaking Townshippers during some of its most difficult decades. Since our founding in 1973, we have evolved with the English-speaking communities of the Eastern Townships, from Farnham to Lac Mégantic, and from St-Armand to Thetford Mines.
Nine times a year, this engaging magazine takes a fresh look at these communities in the Eastern Townships – our arts, our work, our nature, our joys, our challenges, our history and our prospects. We publish 24 or 28 pages, both in print and online, in the English language.
The Townships Sun is a small non-profit creative community group, and we enthusiastically welcome your participation as a contributor, a subscriber, and a donor. Join us in the Sun!
